In fact, it will be your choice to contact either a specific manufacturer or Quest (or both) when you need technical support. Rest assured, Quest has technical personnel dedicated to supporting its clients. We offer complete system support encompassing the software & applications we develop and the hardware we supply. Our support services can either supplement or replace that of the manufacturer's, as we can often diagnose and resolve a problem in the same time you might be on hold with their call center.
We are truly a Value Added Reseller (VAR) that adds no extra cost to the manufacturer's hardware you intend to purchase. |
